March 2020 - COVID-19 Update | KMS Hayloft

Hayloft Family

As we are in unprecedented times amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. I want to make sure you know that we are doing everything within our control to serve you well.

We recognize the significance of these times and the importance to provide adequately for our families and our beloved pets.

Like many of you have seen, panic buying is a real issue for both customers and stores.

With every state deciding how they will handle the spread of the virus in their state, there are many new rules across the country. In Washington, we have a very active outbreak of COVID-19 and there are increased restrictions being placed on businesses, many of which have been completely closed. I am going to do everything we can to continue to operate in a manner to care for you and also be considerate of the needs of our local community. If you have any ideas or suggestions for us we would love to hear them. More than ever, coming together to support each other is important. It is my sincere desire to make sure you can get the foods you need for your pets.

This is very very important to me.

I want to ease your mind with some product updates.

We have scraped down to our last pellet and are now out of stock in our warehouse. Before the panic buying started I already had some more being made. Several weeks of stock were gone in a matter of days. I am asking daily on the estimated delivery date. As soon as I have it, I will let you know. After much thought, I am leaving pellets available for purchase. I am doing this to allow us to do two things.

  1. Ship your order immediately when the pellets arrive.
  2. Help us plan for how much we need to be made so we can try and stay ahead of the curve.

I know some will be upset by this but it is also the only way I can guarantee you getting pellets in the next batch. Everyone is in this together.

Hays are available and we will not run out of stock. We sure are getting more over the next couple of days and will continue to work extra hours to take care of your needs.

What We Will Do

- Continue to fill orders as fast as possible

- Communicate the changes in our area and how they may affect you

- Care for you the best we can

What We Won't Do

- Raise Prices, I am committed to staying the course and being fair to everyone as we all work through this

I humbly ask you to be patient with us and our suppliers. We will work as quickly and safely as possible to care for you. Caring for you genuinely is and will continue to be our number one priority.

God Bless.
